The owners of this individual creation wanted a kitchen that would suit their up-market waterfront property. Designers from Hills District Kitchens invented a functional kitchen in a class of its own, deciding on a gorgeous underwater-themed featureto bring it to life. The colour tones combine to give this room an almost aquatic feel to enhance the amazing leadlight doors.
Hills District Kitchens worked with Lornes Colour Consulting Service to come up with the perfectly blended shade of colours. Subtle combinations of metallic-gloss finishes adorn the cabinets and panels. There's Chestnut touch gloss intermingled with Ferric Sheen and Gotham Midnight kickboards complete the look. Spectrum Violet panels break
up the deeper colours and provide some lighter tones, giving the room a welcoming feel.
The vibrant dash of colour illuminates the bright seaside leadlight door feature. The owners asked Hills District Kitchens for a range of practical storage options so the designers installed a corner drawer system and now every possible area is easily accessed. Slide-out utility shelves and dish racking systems were incorporated into design to keep clutter out of sight.
The superb kitchen is extremely space-efficient and to ensure functionality, there's a range of high-end appliances including an espresso machine, cup warmer and integrated microwave.
